Trouble signing in, changing your details, or managing your profile?

• Reset your password from the login screen using Forgot password.
• Update your username, name, photo and bio from Settings → Edit profile.
• Manage notifications and privacy settings from Settings.

Safety: report and block

Connect gives you tools to stay in control of your experience.

• Report any post, comment, message or account that breaks our rules using the report option on that content.
• Block a user from their profile to stop all interaction.
• We review reports and take action on objectionable content, usually within 24 hours.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

• Open Settings → Delete account and confirm.
• This removes your profile, posts, messages and related data, subject to limited legal and safety exceptions described in our Privacy Policy.

Report a bug

Found something broken? Tell us so we can fix it fast.

• Use Settings → Report a problem inside the app, or email us.
• Include your device model, what you were doing, and a screenshot if you can.
